I would like to
leave a note on ebay about you but don't know if I can because I didn't
buy it from ebay. I read the good notes about you but saw nothing
specifically about a piano purchase. I have never bought anything from
ebay but it is how I found you.
I would like to make a comment on how Richelle saved us thousands off
retail store prices because it's the truth!! I would like to inspire
others to buy from you. And I do hope you are making a worthwhile
profit on your sale to us, Richelle! I wanted a good deal because we
are not rich. I'll never forget that snooty piano [store]. They had
the same exact piano you are getting us. I was looking at it and that
salesman asked me what my budget was. I said around $10,000. He
smirked at me and said "you can't touch this piano for $10,000"
Well Richelle! You are the number one dealer in the country as far as
I'm concerned!

Just got your message. This is my work email and I was out of town until
today.
Richelle was wonderful to work with! I have made a new friend in her.
The piano we bought from her is the 5' Baby Grand with the QRS
pianomation player. It was a surprise Christmas gift for my wife. We got
the Mahogany finish and she absolutely loves the piano!!
The player has a wonderful sound, we had friends over and it was playing
in the other room and they commented on how sharp and crisp the piano
sounded in the music, then they walked in and saw the piano actually
playing and were shocked. It wants to sound great not restricted. It has
a rich wonderful sound.
There is no difference in the action. You can not tell that the player
is installed at all.
We have had the piano since the first week in November. I have
ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS of buying my piano from Richelle! Her word is
as good as gold. If she tells you something you can believe it. You are
the 2nd referral I have given her in as many months and will continue to
recommend her.
I can't think of anything I would do different. If I was to do it all
over again, I would buy from Richelle again, no question. The
transaction was smooth and exactly as Richelle stated. There were no
"hidden" or "surprise" costs either. The price was the price, none of
this....oh, I forgot about this BS or add-on's that you get from the
piano dealers.
I can say that Richelle saved us at least $8000 .
