Hi Richelle,
I would have written sooner, but I wasn't sure if you were back from
your vacation yet. Also I have a house full of sick children. My 3 yr
old has an awful flu bug. Anyhow we will survive, but I have been
meaning to write and say THANK YOU so much for our beautiful" White
Baby", she is so beautiful and we are soooo happy with her. I have been
playing her every morning after I get my oldest off to school and it is
so relaxing with my morning coffee. I have also found that it is sooo
soothing for our baby, he goes right to sleep listening to her. She has
been a great deal of much needed therapy for all of us. We are truly so
happy with her.
I also wanted to tell you that your family was just wonderful. Your Boys
were awesome, the best manners and so polite. I know as a Mom its great
to hear when our children behave so well. They were so sweet and not to
include a bunch of little cutie pies. My boys had a great time playing
with your little guys, and I think our Cat wanted to adopt Braxton or
vice versa. ;o)
We can't thank you enough for all the Personal service you gave us
through out this whole process. You and your Husband both were very
informative and knowledgeable and just made the whole experience so
awesome. My husband and I both laughed saying " we would never get
service like that from any Store". We also wanted to thank you for all
the Cd's you sent, they are great and with Christmas just around the
corner, they are going to be just perfect. We are so Thankful that you
are in business and that you are able to bring a quality Piano at an
affordable price to ordinary people just like us. We thought we would
just always dream of owning a Baby Grand Piano, but Thanks to you it is
now an overwhelming reality. Every time I walk by my living room I get a
little teary eyed, because I still just can't believe it.
Alfred, My husband threw me a huge surprise party for my Big 30, this
past weekend. The Piano was a hit, everyone loved it and of course now
everyone wants to know where I got it. Hopefully, I will be able to send
some referrals your way. If you ever need a recommendation, please feel

I am happy to report that everything went smooth Wednesday. Gary Telleen
set up the piano in about an hour, as he had already had it tuned. It
sounded great. Really great! The audio is very impressive, especially
through the wireless link to my stereo system. Wow! The room acoustics
seem to be really good. I don’t know what else to say. Buying this
wonderful piano from you has been as smooth an experience as I could
have wanted. You answered most of my questions and put me in touch with
people that answered the more technical ones. That made me very
comfortable. Everything else happened as you said it would, and when you
said it would. Most of all, Grandma loves her piano.
So, thanks again for a wonderful transaction. Feel free to use me as a
